schoolsWeb provides access for all teachers and staff within the Diocese of Wagga Wagga to CSO policies, guidelines, support documents, curricula, online training and general news items.

To access schoolsWeb, you still use your schoolsWeb login username and password that you registered with, NOT your new network login.

If you have forgotten your password you will need to use contact as the old email addresses will no longer work unless you change it in your user profile (accessible at the bottom left next to Logout, click on your name).


You Need to Login

To access material on this site you need to first Register to obtain your Login Account. 

To Register:

  • use the Account Login facility on the left, click on the word, 'Register' and you will be taken to the register page,
    • complete all fields marked with the asterisk *
    • the username will be the same as the first part only of your email address:
      eg citizenj@ww.catholic.edu.au
    • nominate your ww.catholic.edu.au as the email address
    • nominate and confirm a password of at least 7 characters that you will remember (use strong passwords)
    • an email with your account details will be sent to your nominated email address
    • you will receive a second email once the site administrator has activated your account
    • please keep your email with the login details for future reference
  • at first login enter your username, password and click 'login'
  • If you do not receive an email regarding the activation within 48 hours please contact CSO using the contact form
    Add the following details to the form:
    The subject: Account Activation Required
    Your Message: I have not received the account activation for SchoolsWeb.

Once you have finished please remember to Logout.
